Yemen and Iran tackle issue of power

The Deputy Minister of Electricity and Energy, Ahmed al-Ayni, held talks in Tehran last Monday with his Iranian counterpart, Ahmed Yana, regarding the implementation of the Persian Company for Transport Stations for the Marib Gas Power Station project, in accordance with an agreement signed between the Yemen Electricity Corporation and the Iranian company. 

Al-Ayni handed over a letter from the Ministry of Electricity and Energy, Mustafa Bahran, to Barweze Fatah, Iranian Minister of Energy, concerning mutual cooperation between the two countries in the field of electricity.
