Turkish oil companies announced their desire to buy Yemeni gas in the future, Minister of Oil and Minerals Khalid Bahah said in a statement this week.
Bahah said on Monday that president Ali Abdullah Saleh has called and welcomed, the Turkish petroleum companies to visit and invest in Yemen during his last visit to Turkey.
Worth mentioning, Bahah has taken part in the International Energy Forum (IEF) held recently in Rome. He held talks, on the sidelines of the Forum with the Turkish Minister of Energy and Natural Resources, Mehmet Guler, on the arrangements for the Turkish minister’s visit to Yemen in the coming days.
