Ministry of Agriculture and Irrigation and Comoran Ministry of Fishery and Environment signed an agreement concerning agricultural cooperation on Saturday in Sana’a
The agreement aimed to boost cooperation between Yemen and Comoros on irrigation, plants production, livestock resources, poultries, agricultural researches and guidance, preserving plants and forests, agricultural marketing and rural women development.
It also included encouraging private sectors of the two countries to set up joint projects in agricultural fields according to investment laws of the two countries.
Minister of Agriculture and Irrigation Mansour al-Hawshashi and Comoran Minister of Fishery and Environment Siti Qassem signed the agreement.
According to the agreement, the two sides agreed on exchanging experiences, researches and exchanging agricultural information, technical studies, researches and consultations.
