The government agreed on Tuesday to increase salaries for researchers and teaching and training staff, according to the study offered by the Minister of Civil Service and Insurances over due salary increase in the National Institute for Administrative Sciences and in the Government Society Colleges.
The Government will apply the pay upgrade retrospectively since October 2007. The increase is estimated at YR 26,400 for the professors and researchers and YR 10,000 to readers and research assistants
