Yemen to start tourism promotion campaign in Europe

The Tourism Promotion Council (TPC) will start next month the first stage of tourism promotion campaign abroad, 26sep.net said on Saturday.

This campaign will include France, Germany, Britain and Spain.

The executive director of the council in the Ministry of Tourism, Fatima Al-Harbi, said that the campaign would include presentations of popular folk songs and dances and distribution of a large number of brochures and photographs, as well as show documentaries on tourist and archaeological sites in all Yemeni provinces.

She added that the council will start the second stage of the campaign which is expected to include all the GCC countries, saying that the council will also organize an internal tour for 11 airline companies.
