The PM, with the Yemeni and Syrian Culture Ministers, announced that the opening of the Syrian Cultural Center in Sana’a will be on May 12 at Yemeni Syrian committee meetings.

The Syrian Cultural Center’s manager told Mo’tamarnet that the cultural week will accompany the Center’s official opening, adding that this activity comes at a great time of bilateral cultural relations.

The Syrian Cultural Week in Sana’a will include a photograph exhibition showing the Syrian civilization history, including exhibits for two of the most famous Syrian artistic bands, as well as cinema, and TV shows and a book fair.
In a related issue, the Center will conclude the April Cultural Program with Hisham Ali bin Ali of the Ministry of Culture delivering a lecture entitled “the Yemeni intellectuals”

Hisham’s lecture will tackle the Yemeni intellectuals’ role in the revival since the beginning of the twentieth century, in addition to the Yemeni intellectuals’ orientations.

The participating lectures in April will also be honored on the same evening.

It is worth mentioning that the bin Ali’s lecture is a synopsis of his book entitled “The Yemeni Intellectuals and The Revival.”
