Prime Minister Ali Mujawar announced that the Axis of Evil in Yemen are al-Qaeda terrorists, al-Houthi rebels and the Southern Movement.
This came in PM’s inauguration on Sunday activities of the National Awareness Association (NAA).
In this occasion, the prime minister expressed his happiness in inaugurating the activities of this association, which represents a very important step in the critical stage of the country’s history. He said that Yemen is targeted by the tripartite alliance of evil, represented by al-Houthi rebels, al-Qaeda terrorist groups and the separation advocators.
He pointed to the significant role of the NAA and other civil society organizations that dedicate their efforts to protect our national values in an effectual role, based on conscious and rational practices and clear ideas.
Mujawar urged the authority to acquire the best tools and techniques to be able to establish a deep and solid awareness of Yemeni identity and its inherent values including the great unity, the Republic, democracy and the comprehensive cultural renaissance.
The premier stressed the importance of this qualitative national role, which deepens the sense of identity for the new generations and targets the gaps from which the subversive and desperate thoughts of the homeland enemies infiltrate.
“Your country, under its wise leadership, has decided to wage a relentless war against the insurgency, sabotagers and al-Qaeda terrorists, depending on a national will and a regional and international unrivaled support,” said Mujawar.
He noted that the strong results achieved by the armed forces and security units against the rebels in Sa’adah province and the painful hits received by al-Qaeda terrorist over the past few weeks.
“Our choices are clear: to move forward in the development process. This requires the awakening of our national potentials from available natural and human resources,” Mujawar concluded, expressing the government’s full support for the authority and its various programs and activities.
