International conference to discuss displaced people of Sa’adah

The Ministry of Public Health and Population intends in cooperation with Organization of Islamic Conference (OIC) to hold an international conference after  Eid al-Fiter to discuss the situations of Sa’adah’s displaced people.

According to the Director of Public Relations in the Ministry of Public Health and Population of Yemen, Abdul-Salam Salam, the preparations and arrangements are underway in Sana’a to hold the conference starting next week after a joint meeting to discuss the completion of the necessary arrangements for the conference, which comes at the invitation of the OIC.

He noted that invitations to the Member States of the Organization will be distributed to attend the conference which will bring attention to issues and difficulties experienced by the displaced in Sa’adah, raise support for them and designate roles to the Islamic world to contribute and cooperation within the inter-linkages among Islamic countries.
