A huge explosion ripped through a business man house full of arms in the capital Sana’a a quarter ago, setting a four story building on fire, a security source said.
The security source said that the reason behind the fire was a small armory in the basement.
The building belongs to the house of a well Yemeni businessman called Garman Muhammed Garman, originally from Sa’ada province. The house is based in the junction of Algeria and 60 Road Street.
The source said no precise information yet about causalities but said that adjacent houses were severely affected. "The casualties seem to be a lot but so far no clear number is known," the source, quoting an investigation team, said.
