Preparation procedures for undertaking the fifth and the last stage of statistics and surveys of endowment property began on Saturday July 12 in Ibb governorate.
Abdullatif al-Moa’lemi, General Manger of the Endowment Bureau of Ibb, said that the supervision committee, with the presence of the governor and the head of the local council, will be held next week in order to adopt a method for the work of the executive committee for the survey.
Al-Moa’lemi stated that what have been surveyed and documented during the last stages reached about 207 thousand documents, and 130 million square meters of agricultural land, buildings, built areas, mosques and cemeteries.
He stressed that the operation of surveying and preparing statistics for endowment property is undertook within the framework of the instruction of the Ministry of Endowment and Guidance for sorting, symbolizing, and numbering the documents according to modern methods and under the supervision of the National Center for Documents.
