The Supervision Committee for the Administrative Law Department for Preparation Project held a meeting last week in Ibb Governorate discussing the 2008 survey investigation. The Committee, presided over by Ahmed Abdullah al-Hajri, Governor of Ibb, discussed the issues related to the committee’s tasks and preparation during this stage which is planned to end next September.
The committee, includes Amin Ali al-Wurafi, Secretary General of Ibb Governorates Local Council, Amin al-Arhabi, Deputy of the Ministry of Local Administration for Funding Affairs, Hamid al-Mahgari, the Ministry Deputy Assistant for Planning and Local Budgeting Affairs, Aqil Hizam Fadel, Assistant Deputy Governor for Technician Affairs, the governorate local council administrative staff, representatives of the Ministry Technician Committee, general managers of Education Bureaus, Public Health and Population, Public Works and Roads, Statistic Central System and General Administration for Zakat obligations. They formed two subsidiary committees and set out a scheduled program for them to go to 20 districts of the Ibb Governorate during 30 days.
The Committee also discussed the preparations for an extended meeting for the participation of the local council, the executive bureau in the governorate, and heads of district councils to get them acquainted with the type of the tasks needed. This second stage is in planning to implement the Cabinet Councils bid concerning the projects correction and modernizing framework of the administrative components within every level the governorate and district.
