Doctors tighten pharmaceutical control

The search for fast profit techniques is varied within communities.But when this pursuit becomes a mere frightening race for gaining illegal profit on the expense of human life, red lines should be drawn by the quick intervention of relevant authorities to invoke quick solutions and curb the developments that result from such actions.

One prevalent problem that man faces is the emergence of fake medicines that cannot be recognized by an ordinary person. It is notable that most of the pharmacies display medicines that are inconsistent with standard specifications. Pharmacies are spreading to local grocery stores, where the owners are just sales men. To add insult to injury, there are medicines that are not compatible with the specifications that entered the country, due to absence of control.

The pharmaceutical markets are full of a variety of medicines with unknown sources. Due to all these facts and to protect public health and to preserve the souls and lives lost through no fault, a group of professionally honest pharmacists have carried on their shoulders the task of establishing pharmacy, Series of World Pharmacies.

They are not seeking the dirty fast profit, but their endeavor is the provision of humanitarian services and to save what could be saved. The series of World Pharmacies will start in Sana’a, then it will spread to the rest of the governorates to create a system in which pharmacies operate according to population density and the possibilities available at an accurate international standards. Because of their belief in their humanitarian message they determined to serve their community and limit the spread of fake medicines, through awareness, medical direction and medical and pharmaceutical training. They will determine a 24-hour shift system to employ the largest number of graduates to work in the series in order to reduce the certificates rented by the merchants of death and bring back smiles to the patient because their goal is the patient’s health and the protection of the helpless citizen.
