Yemen and South Korea are marking the 25th anniversary of establishing diplomatic  relations between the two countries. On this occasion the South Korean ambassador in Sana'a Won-ho Kwak affirmed on Saturday his country's readiness to present all aspects of possible support to Yemen so as to contribute to develop the joint cooperation with Yemen.
This came during a meeting  between the Deputy Prime Minister for economic affairs the Minister of Planning and International Cooperation Abdul Karim al-Arhabi and the South Korean ambassador, in which they discussed means of boosting bilateral relations and mutual cooperation between the two countries for serving the interests of the people of the two friendly countries.
The two sides dealt with the South Korean support for equipping the Engineering College at Aden University and the Dentistry College at Sana'a University as well as Yemen's participation in Expo 2012 Exhibition in South Korea.
Al-Arhabi valued the Korean government's support to enhance the current and future relations of cooperation with Yemen, confirming Yemen's keenness to boost bilateral cooperation with South Korea. For his part, the South Korean ambassador expressed his country's desire to raise Yemen's diplomatic representation level to South Korea.
