Five killed, three wounded in floods

Five people including three children were killed and three others wounded due to floods and heavy rains that fell last Saturday over al-Quenaos district ,Hodeidah province, Interior Ministry reported.

Police in al-Quenaos said that there are people missing, swept away by floods that flowed to the district.  Search efforts are still in progress.

Also, rains fell Saturday over the district of Mastaba in Hajjah province causing damage to seven houses in the district.

It is noteworthy that heavy floods have hit some districts of Hodeidah province causing several deaths and destroying about 250 houses.
