Clashes erupted in the early morning on Saturday 4th in Naqeel al-Rabwa areas in Radfan districts resulting in the deaths of two people and the injury of seven. A soldier was amongst the killed.
Local sources told News Yemen that the clashes broke out after security personnel constructed a check point between al-Habeelain and Habeel Jaber.
In accordance with medical sources in Radfan Hospital, the hospital received on Saturday morning three persons severely injured, one of which passed away an hour after arrival.
A source from Southern Movement told News Yemen that two people were killed, Mohammed Askar and Dawood al-Suhaibi, as well as two security personnel noting that among the dead security persons was Faisal Abdu Mohammed from Karesh district. In addition four injured from Radfan district were not taken in for treatments and are believed to be hiding in the hills adjacent to the al-Habeelain city.
Armed reinforcements are still deployed in the city of al-Habeelain after clashes erupted that Saturday morning.
