One person was killed and two others were injured by gunshots in Wosab al-Ali district, in Dhamar governorate and in al-Hazm al-Udain district of Ibb governorate. Sources told the Yemen Observer that Ahmed Ali Kaid Mohammed was killed when his car was shot at as he was passing al-Ahkom area of al-Hazm district of Ibb governorate, close to his home. Ahmed Radman Saeed and Faisal Saeed, who were with him in his car, were injured and were taken to the hospital.
Yahya al-Omari, General Brigadier and Governor of Dhamar, sent an official note to Ahmed Al-Hajri, Governor of Ibb, concerning the accident and demanding the investigation and arrest of the six accused people.
The note indicated that the natives of Naqd of Wosab complain of frequent gunshot by the young men of that area.
