Ever since undertaking the exploration, operation and production processes in field 18 in Marib, Safer did not focus only on the field’s running and development, but it also made its staff training and rehabilitation one of its top priorities. It has worked since the early days on the training of hundreds of the national staff at various levels internally and abroad.

Since it is the major national Yemeni oil and gas exploration and producing company, Safer has made its staff development and progress a major strategic value. In order to gain the trust and respect of all its partners and customers, it has endeavored to provide a high level of quality services in conformity with the international standards.

Among the services that Safer Company provides to its partners, and neighbors of the other companies that work at the fields next to its field 18, it has prepared and operated an airstrip to receive aircraft for transporting workers in the oil sector. It is established in accordance with the highest international air safety standards.

To confirm its commitment to its partners and its neighbors at the highest levels of safety, and in continuation to their system of staff rehabilitation and training in various fields, the company made an agreement with the General Authority of Civil Aviation and Meteorology for training their staff in the fields of safety, fire fighting and rescue at the Institute of Civil Aviation and Meteorology. As a result of this agreement two batches consisting of six of the staff members have been trained and graduated in fire fighting and passengers rescue according to international aviation requirements.
