Community festivals, which have recently happened in the national arena in the various governorates of the Republic of Yemen, were a real expression and true reflection of Yemeni people’s genuine feelings towards their national unity and principals of their blessed revolution in the 26th of September and the 14th of October.

They just try to express what they feel towards what they see of achievements and major shifts at the developmental, economic, political, cultural and social fields.

Such a feeling, rooted in every Yemeni heart, is not born of a passing emotional moment. But it was one of the firm features which have been associated with history of this nation and its struggle against the dictatorial Imam and hateful colonialism to free from their inherited thoughts and to build a new Yemen. The new Yemen should be able to keep up with this age and its scientific developments to achieve a decent position among nations.

To ensure its goals, the Yemeni people have emphasized that the national unity is a red line and they will not allow anyone to undermine this holy principal. So, they announce that they will stand firmly and decisively against any attempt to damage this achievement. Such a position is not new in the history of this nation. Any observer of the history of Yemen, including its challenges in several stages, realizes well that this country has struggled to keep its Yemeni identity, even in the darkest episodes. He will also realize that Imam and colonialism failed to divide this country and to impose the reality of division. Yemeni people have struggled to keep their national unity despite all challenges that were created to damage it. They have also struggled for liberation, independence and the national unity which is achieved in the 22nd of May 1990, as a natural outcome of what have been made for Yemen during a long journey of struggle and generous sacrifices.

So, it is not a surprising thing to hear Yemeni people’s voices increasing to reject those who promote thoughts of division. Their voices are firm and strong to confirm that Yemen from east to west and from north to south is one and the unity is a red line. The Yemeni nation who fought and struggled to achieve this goal will protect it using all means and it will not tolerate anyone who might be thinking to cheat this country and damage its national unity.

This is a clear message which should be seriously understood by the rented group which has left all national, moral and religious values. This group was driven by its patient and hateful dreams, thinking that it can turn the clock back and return the homeland to ages of ignorance, backwardness and bloody conflicts by inciting violence and breaking law.

This message has also a lot of connotations and meanings that must be absorbed by some party leaders that have not benefited from the previous lessons. They still tend to gain from the crises and media Pops. Those who many of them have sneaked into the leadership of some parties are not aware that changes taking place on the national arena are classified into one reality based on preserving the national constants and the gains of the revolution of Yemen on September 26 and October 14. It is also based on protecting the republican system, unity, security and stability and maintaining the social peace. Building a modern state and accelerating the rates of development are also other principals of this reality. It is also based on achieving the comprehensive development that stems from the deep sense of the fact that the homeland accommodates all. Therefore, authority, opposition, parties, civil society organizations, workers, intellectuals, soldiers and peasants, all are responsible for its construction and evolution.

All are partners in the homeland without exception. This partnership imposes on those, who have confused the concepts to the extent that they are not able to distinguish between democracy and anarchy, to review themselves. They are also imposed to be aware that disagreement with others can not become in any way a dispute with the homeland. Therefore, what is required today is to make reason over passion and wisdom over excesses. We would make the national interest above all party and selfish interests.

After that:  We accept the challenge if it is imposed on us. We will not consider it as an adventure, but it is the word of truth. Let us show the honest people in this country that plans of exciting crises will fail and they are weaker than the spider’s threads.

We accept the challenge if it is obligatory, but we will deal with it in the principal saying the initiator is more unfair. We say it because we in the Al-Shoomoa organization for press and media at the level of what we present. We did not leave supporting the homeland in any national moment. We always believe that others are the darkness and we are the light that must shine. So they want this challenge and they should be responsible for its outcomes. They were driven by a few moments of arrogance, political revenge, corruption and money... Therefore, they have to wait for the next surprise.          

It is coming because they impose us to face. They have persisted in accusing and defaming us. It is coming if they bet on their darkness before our light. But, until this moment, we are still calm trying to pass what they have planned against us. It does not mean that they are weak or afraid of anything because we know what we have and what they have.    

However, the challenge is provocative to us but we try to pass. But in the moment of confrontation, then, everything does not constitute any hesitation for us whatever they thought they are powerful.
