How the teachers can improve their abilities

No one can underestimate the role of the teachers; their contributions to the advancement of our life are indisputable.Despite teaching is substantially demanding.I t is not doubt much more rewarding. No body can neglect the fact that teaching is a noble profession which requires a lot devotion,patience and creativity.Teachers need to struggle to improve their performance because learning is a-life long process and developing art. They are forced to create new ways so as perform their duties to have a good impression by their students..we know the reason behind  that make the teacher is different from others is his determination and perseverance to excel and surpass his colleagues.Education has rigid changes over the past few decades.New approaches and techniques have been discovered and employed his respect.Likewise,other have been assailed and rejected. T teachers should be innovative to meet the new and upcoming challenges. Being  a teacher do snot mean the end of a long journey; It is only the most successful  teachers did not become well-known over night;they strived for many years.They made a lot of struggles to deserve this recognition.Teachers need to know that no one has conquered  the kingdom of knowledge; there is always to much to learn. Knowledge need to be updated by the teachers to keep pace with the challenges.The propose of this article is to suggest some vital approaches for the teaching to adopt.first, teaching are expected to prepare their lessons we perfect so that they can be well prepared for any questions they may be asked.Otherwise they will be unconfident of them selves  when they teach.second, they should open more time,knowing their materials using sources such as book,dictionaries and the like. The notes of the most of important points are needed. Third,they do not feel shy to ask their colleagues any questions they might encounter they should not be ashamed of it. FOURTH, teachers must use internet to surf for any data  needed.The teachers will find the benefits when they get any topic or any word,as well as poems recorded native speakers.Finally, outstanding teachers are always learning so as to meet processional challenges.So let us to get started.It is never too late.and as they say 'practice makes a man perfect.
