ZincOx Resources PLC (AIM: ZOX) said it remains on track to commence production at the Jabal Salab mine in Yemen during the first half of 2010 as it reported results for the full year to December 31 2008.
The development work at Jabali is progressing well. The site leveling is complete and the laying of the foundations is expected imminently. All of the major processing equipment has been ordered and some is already manufactured and awaiting transportation to site. The project remains within budget.



CDPF launch program to support women's access to Parliament

The Cultural Development Programs Foundation (CDPF) launched its Human and Democracy Program that supports women's access to Parliament and stresses the need to reach a political agreement requiring support for Yemeni women regarding the imposed quota system.
