Saada Governor, Hassan Mann,a met on Wednesday with the delegation of the French organization of doctors without borders “Médecins Sans Frontières” (MSF) which is currently visiting the governorate.
They discussed the organization’s assistance to the governorate especially for the war-torn districts within its program of assistance offered for several countries in the field of medicine.
They also discussed their assistance to other organizations to reduce suffering of the affected people especially displaced people, which included food, shelter, and medicine.
The governor said that there is a need for further assistance to tackle the damages of the fighting and rehabilitate health institutions as well as improving health services in the governorate. He valued the humanitarian role of the French organizations in several countries including Yemen.
